The overall policy is very simple: If you're not 100% satisfied, then we don't want your money. If you want a refund, you'll generally get it. That being said, we do have a few common-sense restrictions to prevent abuse. Please follow the instructions below to get yourself a refund.
If you purchased credits from us less than 30 days ago, you can initiate a refund from your dashboard. Just login to your account, click on the "My Account" dropdown, then "My Orders", then click on the order you want to return. If it's been less than 30 days since your purchase then you'll see a yellow button that says "Request Refund". Click on it, then click the red confirmation button. That's it, you're done. Your refund will be issued immediately and you will receive a confirmation email. You will see the funds returned to your account just as soon as your bank processes the refund (usually within 3-5 business days). This process happens automatically. There are no further steps you need to do.
If you're not satisfied with your credits but you purchased them more than 30 days ago, please email us at [email protected] and let us know why you're not satisfied. These requests are not approved automatically They will be approved or rejected on a case-by-case basis. Please include as much information as you can when emailing.
We offer full refunds, but not product exchanges. Since all we sell is credits, there is nothing else to exchange them for.
If you have noticed unauthorized charges from StackLevels.com on your credit or debit card statement (but you don't have an account with us) please contact us at [email protected]. Please note: if you report to us that your credit card was stolen, we will relay this report to our payment processor and the relevant card networks so they can cancel or block your card as they deem appropriate. That being said, we highly recommend that you also report the theft to your bank or card issuer yourself.
